Pride: Love for the Job

This course goes into the pathos and the development of passion for the job. Attendees will self-reflect on WHY they decided to get into the fire service and what aspects about it are the ones that trigger that dump of endorphins for them as they echo upon values that both the service and the public place on its’ members. Attendees will recognize and carry on ceremonies and traditions passed on and the meaning and purpose behind them such as a new rig wash down and push in ceremony. Attendees will have time to ponder after a motivational rhetorical question closes out the middle segment of “How Bad Do You Want it?” by Eric Thomas.

This is a 3-4 hour course.
